First Aid & BLS Training

- ✓ Topics: CPR, unconscious-casualty management, airway management, wound/bleeding care, shock treatment, choking, work-related injuries.
- ✓ Schedule: every last Friday of the month.

- ✓ Topics: mental-health foundations, diagnosis/classification, substance use, stigma, paediatric & geriatric mental health, crisis management.
Infection Prevention & Control

- ✓ Topics: community & healthcare-acquired infections, infection chains, prevention methods, protective equipment, occupational exposures, sepsis.
Health Education & Promotion

- ✓ Topics: communication processes, attitude change, human-needs hierarchy, programme planning, teaching aids, educational methodologies.
Personal Finance Management
