BETA CARE TRAINING INSTITUTE is seeking a qualified individual to join our team as a Bsc. Nurse Tutor for our Certificate and Diploma Programs. We are committed to providing quality education and fostering student success. Duties and Responsibilities:

Deliver theoretical and clinical instructions to students, ensuring mastery of skills.
Contribute to the development and review of curricula in accordance with TVET guidelines.
Participate in student assessments, evaluating performance in both theory and practicals.
Provide guidance, mentorship, and advice on life skills and career development.
Engage in administrative duties related to academic programs.

Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor of Science in Nursing with minimum of one year of clinical experience/Internship
Effective communication skills.
Excellent class management skills.
Proficiency in information technology.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Passionate about educating and fostering student success.
Age 24 years and above.
Prior experience in a TVET institution is an added advantage.
